Mike Bojarski

10U Head Coach

I’m so thrilled to be chosen as the head coach for the 10u team for this hockey season. This marks my fifth year as a part of the CCSC hockey community. With three of my own children actively involved in CCSC, i’ve had the privilege of coaching across various age groups and skill levels. My coaching philosophy centers on creating a positive team environment, nurturing individual skills, and encouraging hard work while cultivating a team first approach to the game. My goal is to instill a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the game of hockey in every player while also using the sport as a method to impart valuable life lessons. I’m looking forward to a fun and productive year. Let’s go, Cougars!

Brett Johnson

12U Head Coach

I couldn’t be more excited to be leading the charge with this group of young men and women. Getting to witness these players mature into the young athletes they are today has been a rewarding ride and we have much more work to do. Work ethic, responsibility, and accountability are the foundation to a culture that will help to grow our love for the game and build strong, confident and honest people off the ice. Prioritizing a fun environment that pushes their limits physically and emotionally will yield both a stronger team and stronger people. Our aim is to prove that effort can take you anywhere and has a direct impact on achieving their goals. We will look for success through a defense first attitude and will continue to building on the Chester County reputation that fights for every inch. Cougars will always be the opponent who brings a tough fight.

Eric Figuroa

14U Head Coach

I am truly excited and honored to be named the head coach of the 14u team for the 2024-2025 season. CCSC has felt like our hockey family from day one. Both of my children have learned to skate at the club from an early age. We have built friendships with many wonderful people at the club. It really is one big hockey family. As the saying goes, "It takes a village." well, CCSC is that village and I'm proud to be a part of it. My coaching philosophy is simple: believe/ trust/ succeed. Believe in yourself, trust your teammates and succeed as a whole. This great game will teach a person many things. It will test your skills, fortitude, and emotions. My goal is to prepare our players for their future in hockey and to conduct themselves with the utmost respect for their teammates, coaches and opponents. We will learn to win and lose as a team and to learn how to overcome our adversities. I can't wait to watch our children progress and for this upcoming season! Let's go Cougars!

Gary Doucette

16U Head Coach

After three years coaching in Idaho, I am excited to be back with the Cougars. I am a level 5 coach and a USA hockey coach developer. In my 30+ years of coaching, I have coached every level from mites to juniors. Both of my kids, Madison (Unionville, JR Flyers) and Philippe (CCSC, Unionville, ASU) are done playing, but my passion for the game has not diminished. Regardless of age, everyone needs a place to get away and just have fun. For me, it has always been the rink. Ensuring the same is true for my players is a large part of my coaching philosophy. We will have fun, but make no mistake, our goal is to win hockey games. I am excited to be a part of a team that plays hockey the “right” way; up-tempo and physical with a high compete level. We will be a team that is hard to play against. Go cougars!

Lee Fraser

18U Head Coach

After a successful return season, the coaching staff and I are ready to bring the heat to the ice once again. Last season, our team brought home some wins, made some good memories, and had fun every time we hit the ice. We are determined to keep that momentum going. Our team is based on four pillars: your team, performance based, we before me, and everything with purpose. I believe by building culture first and then layering in performance, our team will be unstoppable. So, get ready to join us on the journey and plan for some epic things this year!
